Michael in furniture was amazing. (Even on a Sunday) I haven't had service like that in years. I came in to the Ithaca location with a specific need for my Son's birthday and He showed me all of the options. He even put together the fold out chair for me to see since there wasn't one on the show room yet. I was so impressed. Two days later when I called to pick up, Michael picked up on the first ring and we had the chair I ordered in the best box in the back in my truck and I was off. Top notch service. He made all the difference! Thank you!

Went for a microwave oven they were out of stock..alot of great gift buys here though. Always a fun experience to browse and see all the different items and choices.
