My dog had an emergency this evening and I called many vets to help. Best Care was the only one who would accept him last minute. Dr. Martin, Hayley, and Vanessa were very friendly and caring. I am so appreciative for their help.

If I could give less stars I would. I had to suddenly euthanize my dog. I felt very rushed during the whole process, but I understood they were about to close. I paid for a private cremation. After 2 weeks I called the receptionist to check, she was very rude, had a very “not my problem” attitude. Said they would call me when they have them. I call again when it’s about to be 3 weeks, I give them my name, her name, they say they don’t have them. I call the crematorium they use, they inform me they had dropped her off two days ago. I never received a call, a message, they said they emailed me, I never received a email. I never received an apology or any sympathy for having to put my elderly dog. Or let alone for them just blatantly not caring to look for her ashes at the facility. I went to pick her up and the receptionist didn’t say a word to me but “have a good day” after handing me my dogs ashes. When I reached out via email looking for some sort of sincere apology for the treatment, and was replied with nothing but excuses how it was my fault that they didn’t have my number or email correct. This is my first time euthanizing my pet, an already hard time made even harder by staff that has zero empathy. Please do better for your pets and go somewhere they will actually be treated with the BEST care and respect
