Tammy you have had five years to comply with a federal circuit court order. Do not threaten me or my family again when you revieve the new summons. If anyone has had a problem with Tammy's ethicacy (regardless of criminal charges or conviction), I invite you to contact myself or Sterlings Law LLC and join a class action lawsuit against Yancey county DA office. A clerk of the court should adhere to court rulings and not help her district attorney avoid legal repercussions of "bad decisions" or threaten somebody's children because they go to a higher court with a conduct complaint.

Sheriffs office is the biggest joke I've ever witness All officers are untrained and have no clue how to investigate the mageristra is no better they don't even know the law and this whole law enforcement should be investigated for the covered up cases they do.

Yes. I agree with Anna. Also, if you want to do a "one stop shop", you could make an appointment with the magistrate and get married at the courthouse as well. Good luck and congratulations!
