Bought an ooze pen and found out it was a counterfeit/fake ooze pen after trying to register it on the ooze website. It also was an old style that they no longer make anymore. I tried to return it within 15 minutes of purchasing it. I told them it was counterfeit and the employees called their boss to let them know the situation but it seemed like the boss told the employees they didn't care and since it worked still, there's no refund. So be careful. This spot is KNOWINGLY selling counterfeit products that could possibly explode and they don't care. Funny how giving a refund would cost way less than being sued. This store has been reported.

I bought a particular product that Vape City employees guaranteed was THC free, did my own test to confirm and the results came back POSITIVE. Please VAPE CITY don't tell your customers that you sell THC free products and they are not. If you are going to sell something please inform customers of the potential risk they might encounter during a drug test. We are risking a lot believing your products are what we are looking for. Stop promising and telling customers that they are THC free when they are not. Do your own research and make sure you sell what you promise.
