Extremely unorganized which costed me over $1000 out of my own money and refused to help when I told them to stop charging me. I recommend literally any other car rental place. I’ve rented cars before and was never cheaped out this bad before.

Walked in. Preston spoked first, John spoke second. I told him I was there to pick up a vehicle and I had a reservation. He said "we don't have any cars." Didn't ask me for information, didn't tell what to do or is any will be available soon. NOTHING! After the lady next to him, Madison realize the ignorance of John's job, she intervened and gave me the information to get a refund. Preston was friendly, Madison was competent, while John was unapologetic, incompetent and unhelpful. I would like to speak to the store manager when available. Thanks

Unbelievably horrific treatment by your representative. We called to ask about extending our rental and we were told “no problem.” We said we would return it on Saturday. We came Saturday and they were closed. Sunday they are closed. Labor Day closed. Why didn’t the Hertz representative tell us they closed at noon Saturday. We always rent from Enterprise and Avis. We are exemplary customers. You did not tell us there is a $12.00/ day charge for late returns! You did not even give the Aarp discount. We will never rent from hertz again!!! Ok my husband called the manager named Preston and he corrected the bill by removing the $12.00 late fee and Labor Day charge which is just fair and we will be back. Thanks Preston!! Good business practice by this manager.

Hertz is good company, they just do a soft credit check on a debit card. You don't need to have a major credit card like most places. Only down fall is we were not notified of the place not going to be open and myself and husband was stuck at a motel until they opened. Mined you I made our reservation 3 days in advance. I have made a reservation for 3 days now at the price of 20.00 a day and now it has been canceled 3 times. Now their jacking the price up are they out of their minds

Yes they do. And they dont mind charging on it either. At least on us. Will never use Hertz again
