I will never ever go back here! been going here for over 18 years. Every good doctor has left! Dr. Dunn and Dr. fowl was the best and left because of how this practice is run. They are rude and obnoxious except for the front desk team and nurses. Dr. Bischoff and the entitled woman Mona at the desk had a patient who just came out of a hospital from having a seizure crying and feeling worst than when she entered. She actually mocked her like a 2 year old. Stay far far away. They have no clue what they are doing.

Our family has been to Urgent Care many times and we've always had a great experience! The doctors are very knowledgeable and have a great bedside manner. Katherine at the front desk was so kind and professional. Her kindness put my nervous son at ease immediately. We'll recommend this Urgent Care to our friends.

I was nervous about going to an urgent care . When I arrived the receptionist Katherine was there to help me an assure me that the doctors would help me and I had nothing to worry about . She was kind and patient with me and made me feel better , she was a big help. If I have to use an urgent care again I hope Katherine is there to greet me again and assure me all will be ok Peg
