Except the wifi issues, this library has been a lifesaver ! The reception desk folks are super helpful, the ambience is calm, most of all this public library has saved me from the horrors of a bad roomate! Tysm SCLSNJ! you guys are doing an amazing job!

So many resources. It's big, bright, and the staff is great. They do their best to keep us safe as long as we follow the recommendations, as well. There is an extensive digital collection if you don't feel comfortable getting physical books. If you do, they've started doing in-person activities again. They also lend hotspots, which was a lifesaver for me when my internet went out. The access to online courses is great, too.

The Hillsborough municipal building is now mask optional, though I can't say specifically for the library itself.
You click on the my account icon, type the barcode number from your card in the first window, and your PIN, which should be the last four digits of your telephone number, in the second window. If you changed your PIN or you have more trouble, the library opens tomorrow at 9 a.m.
This site is not run by the library. It's just people like you and me answering one another. You can go to the library's website at sclsnj.org to see what they have.
