Took my 13 yr old son to the emergency room after he was hit in the head playing football. They triaged him and told us to wait in the waiting room for them to clean rooms. After and hour and a half waiting I finally asked what is taking so long. They had a shift change and FORGOT ABOUT HIM !!!! We are here to make sure he doesn’t have a concussion and they forgot about him?! Are you serious ?! This place better pray nothing is wrong with my son !!

I am eternally grateful to Dr. Michael McEntee, Christopher Stanford, Brittany, don't know your last name, and to all the staff in the CCUnit. I have never felt so good leaving a loved one in a hospital as I did this time at your hospital. Thank you so much for taking care of my dad Victor Rivadeneira. The love and compassion shown to my father and all of us, was truly wonderful. My family and I are forever grateful to all of you. Please continue to be kind and wonderful as you are. This my second time here, I must say this is NOT an emergency service hospital. My first time here was with my infant son running a fever over 103 and waited over 3 hours to be seen. My second time here is today after communicating with tele health Dr. Nelson who advised me to go into an ER and came here for a second round thinking that my first experience might of been a once in a lifetime but I was wrong walked into the ER around midnight and currently it’s about to be 3am and still have not been seen yet. After talking to patient who has been here many times this is the system that this hospital operates. There should be something done about this inhuman and poor quality service that patients are receiving. How does action be taken with a hospital that is 10 minutes away from our home.? I wonder how many patients have died coming in for emergency service and was neglected??

I wouldn’t recommend this hospital, the care here is very limited and no urgency at all. Do your research; it’s worth going to a further hospital than going here. I’ve never been to a worst place than this. So my story starts here Friday night the 19th of Aug 2022. I went to ER expressing to the receptionist that I was fainting from dehydration and where she can clearly see my younger brother was holding me up. I expressed I have been non stop vommitting all day and urgently need fluids because I was starting to become delirious. She kept me waiting 15-20minutes in the waiting room passed out. After I was admitted I waited another hour just for a nurse to come look at me. It took me walking out of the room and telling the nurse if they are too busy I will go to another hospital. After that said she finally gave me saline (keep in mind this is more than 2 hours of me entering the hospital) Another hour passes the doctor finally arrived , and ordered me an ultrasound after I told him that I went to urgent care that morning and my physician stated it was pancreatitis. It is now Sunday 2:30 pm and I have not yet seen a doctor or a RN. I discharged myself from the hospital because there was no one even checking on me
