Very disappointed in the framing department at this location. Would not recommend. Not only did they not have my framing done within the time allocated, but they lost parts of an existing frame I asked them to change out. They assumed me my old frame would be returned in tact; it wasn't! Now I need to purchase more parts for something I already bought!

Hey Angela. This isn't a direct line to Michaels. This is more of a place where other customers answer questions for each other. I would call the store directly.
Also, there are several local knitting groups. One of them meets at the North Hall Tech Center. They are very welcoming of newbs.
