I’m order to leave a review I had to put one start but it I had the choice I would not give any stars. This place is ridiculous the wait, the service, and the rudeness. This is my second time here and you would have thought after the first I learned my lesson. First off the place need more staff the same rude I believe Indian lady is always here ignoring patients who need help and closing the door on them. If you can’t be courtesy and kind to people especially in a health care role find another job! They never pick the phone up another red flag. It’s sad you gotta go far out to nicer areas to get quality service instead of your own local place. Crazy thing is when I came to write this review I seen similar experiences all having the same issue. It’s time to contact Quest Diagnostics Corporate Office.

Worst one in the area. They don’t work with you and they will just waste your time. Their systems are a joke and if you have and appointment, you won’t be in the system. Just book somewhere else.

Employee (woman) has a bad attitude towards patients. Ironbound doesn’t deserve to have this kind of service. I wish I could give only 0 stars.
