Parking in front of the neighbor's house, had to flag the person down to my house (which was less than 5 ft. Look at the numbers on the house...). As an individual that has an ongoing supportive contract with Bolden Brothers, I was highly disappointed with the ridiculous pricing I was provided for a very simplistic plumbing request of replacing two water valves. I also had to pay $99 just for the person to be there. As a maintenance customer I should get free estimates of any potential work. For the work I need it done, I was charged $800 for the replacement of two (3) very simplistic parts that cost approximately $2.50 each, in materials and labor. Know that I value professional service, labor and code requirements.... But that is consumer gouging in that would have taken 30 - 40 minutes to complete. I got it done elsewhere, for less than half that price with another provider. I am very disappointed in Bolden Brothers and I am questioning my ongoing contract continuance because of this. Additionally the representative did not have strong, positive customer service skills... He was very short and minimal in his communication and not supportive of me, the customer. (Felt he was"'entitled* and unsupportive). As a maintenance customer, I'm very disappointed and will be reconsidering that status with this company.

I'm trying to replace my HVAC system and calling a few contractors. This Boulden Brothers is the only one to tell me that landloards must be on site to get an estimate? How arrogant!!!

Daeron did an excellent job on two outdoor outlets I needed installed in my brick siding. Job was done exactly as expected and Daeron went above and beyond in my opinion. Will certainly use Boulden for future electrical work.

Worse than the cable guy. Claimed to be there "between" 9 and 12 and would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At noon no call, no show. Called the office and they claimed the tech called (they hadn't) and they would be there at "1-ish"
