Old enough to put on gloves and box
7 is the youngest that I know. Boxing age is as early as 8. Workout will ground them. Boxing creates a humble person, improves focus, mental and physical mentality. As the trainers say, you leave your aggression at Title during work out. Perfect situation for your boys.

I've personally have never seen anyone spar there. A typical class will have you on a heavy bag and perform different combos. You don't hit anyone. I've been going for about six months and I'm in the best shape of my life.
