When to take a return pallet and they refused it because it was leaning over and they didn’t want it. I offered to restack and they said no. Screwed up my whole week of loads I had set up. Had to take it back to the shipper the following day. Manager was not friendly or helpful he just didn’t care.

I had a pickup scheduled they canceled it and then call an told me the truck is full, I rescheduled a new date and on that day of pickup they canceled and left a message saying they tried to pickup and I wasn’t home, this was a lie since I have 6 people home all day and I have cameras on my property showing they never came, I called Amazon and make a complaint on the company, I hope Amazon stop doing business with this company. Below a similar complaint for another person which I cope to share. I was scheduled for early morning, but pickup times kept changing. I stayed home for almost the entire day when I had places to be and driver never even stopped. I never received a 30 min ETA text before pickup arrival as promised. When I called customer service, driver said I wasn't home when I clearly was and made no attempt to contact me. I could even see on the tracking, driver just blew right by me and never even got off the freeway. I tried to reschedule everyday for over a week, but they always had some lame excuse why they couldn't come or stop like I lived in a gated community which I do not. Or they couldn't find my address which is super easy on google maps. Or I wasn't home or I wouldn't answer a text or call that never came. Or they needed to change pickup times many times. Thankfully Amazon just refunded me for the couch return and I just donated it to someone in the community who came and got it off my porch quickly. Really dishonest and untrustworthy shipping company. So frustrating. I will never ever use them. Just stay away from XPO Shipping.

HORRIBLE!!! I would give a zero stars if I could! Constantly delayed! Sits in the warehouse for long periods of time. Awful customer service! Not sure why companies still contract with them. There are MUCH BETTER and MORE RELIABLE logistics company! If your item is shipped through XPO...RUN and have LOW expectations!!

If I could give 0 stars I totally would. This company is a joke. I've ordered from Samsung multiple times and everything was delivered on time! (It wasn't delivered by this company of course). I ordered back in November! Just one item, a washer. It's been almost three months, and they keep pushing my delivery! I just canceled, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery company! Beware with them. Their customer service is also horrible, they will call and just say my order couldn't be delivered, gave no reason and then pushed it forward again. Next time I buy something I will be making sure my stuff isn't delivered by this company! They also had the audacity to ask if I had covid for my order to be delivered, I of course answered (no, I'm also vaccinated) and didn't question why this was relevant to my delivery, since I didn't even request instalation but even then my order was not delivered. Once again worst experience, not samsung faults, just this company playing with customers.
