My health insurance company denied my Urologist's script for a CT Scan. This news was and is upsetting obviously. When you're sick and in pain the last thing you want to deal with is having to fight with your health insurance company. However, Nicole, the scheduling rep at University of Radiology, was extremely polite, friendly, and empathetic. She helped me explore the options of paying for the CT on my own and scheduled my appointment. She made my day and I'm grateful for her help and understanding. Thank You Nicole :)

Very very bad treatment for sick people. From desk make me cray and never felt bad. They so bad and ask me to call customer service and by the time I hang up with the customer service they told that I missed my appointment and I need to reschedule. Very very bad. Don’t come here use any other office.
