This is the finest fitness center in the entire southeast. From CrossFit, to EvoFit (bootcamp), or Personal Training you will not find a better place to be for yourself and your entire family. If someone had told me 10 years ago I would be working out 5 days a week I would of told them they are crazy. Steve and his wife Jess have the best facility I have ever been in and the most dedicated, and professional coaches in the business. No matter where you are at in your exercise journey Vitality is a place that will make you feel like you are at home.

Visited from out of town and did a drop in class. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The workout was tough but I thoroughly enjoyed it! The facilities were top notch!
