The front desk people were very friendly and nice. The doctor was also very nice. However, the nurse I had was the opposite. She seemed to have no compassion and was just rude all together. I won’t be coming back here!

TAMMY or TERRY. I can’t recall her exact name but she should be required to take another test to keep her license. Especially since my daughter, a 1 year old, was having a diabetic issue. Not previously diagnosed. She told me my daughter had a double ear infection and that she would need antibiotics. Since I happen to know my child and the fact I had checked her sugar (I am diabetic) it was 52 BEFORE we went in. She DOES NOT know ANYTHING about ears. I left and went straight to my kids pediatrician and they told me to not give her those antibiotics and that she DID NOT need them. I told the CMA and Tammy her sugar was low and it was completely ignored. Edit to add: Since getting her sugar up my baby has made a full turn around. But has also been diagnosed with Enterovirus D68.

Don’t waste your time. My husband, son and I left after they sat us in a tiny “sick room” aside from the original spacious waiting room with 9 other patients stacked on top of eachother with no ventilation. There was one patient sitting in the bigger room alone and 11 of us packed into the sick room including my 18 month old and other small children. We left and drove 30 minutes to another urgent care, was seen promptly and tested positive for covid. Extremely glad we left since my son is not old enough to keep a mask on and most likely would have ended up spreading it to others in that small room to whoever did not have covid. What happened to social distancing? What a JOKE.
