Arrive at 7:30 PM after driving an hour to get there. Website and hours on the door said open until 8:00 PM. Tried to call before we left to check insurance and no one answered. Walked in and employee in the reception area asked if she could help. Explained why I was there for my daughter. She said oh we aren’t taking any more patients today. I explained that we had driven an hour because this one was open. She responded that they had 3 patients in the back and were not taking any more today. But it worked out since we had to drive 25 more minutes to a much more professional place that took us 15 minutes before their posted closing hours. Expressed our appreciation to the doctor at the end and he even said that they will stay open 30 minutes after posted hours to help as many as they can.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IN A MONTH I HAVE TRIED TO GO TO THIS PLACE.. THEY KEEP DOORS LOCKED AND YOU HAVE TO CALL THESE NUMBERS BUT NO ONE EVER AWNSERS THE PHONE IT DOSNT MATTER IF ITS 11 1 PM OR 7PM! THERE ARE CARS THERE EVERYTIME HAS BEEN A SILVER CAR N A BURGUNDY SMALL SUV!! THEY ARE IN THERE BUT LIKE TO GET PAID TO SIT AROUND! I WILL FIND OUT WHO TO CALL TO MAKE SURE SOMETHING GETS DONE ABOUT THIS! I HONESTLY SEE WHY IT HAS THE WORSY REVIEWS

I won't be going back to this place. Some of the girls at the front desk we're cold and unfriendly. I called to checkin, got cut off, got partially registered, called back and no answer, went inside, she said, "...well, I'm the only one here", what an unprofessional response. I waited an hour and a half in the waiting room, nurse came to me twice to ask the same question. I waited 40 min or more in the exam room. The best part of this place is the pharmacy, they were very quick, very professional and wonderful customer service, unlike the clinic.
