I won’t be using the light rail from now on. The train comes and goes at random times and sometimes you’ll have to wait a long time. It’s a real pain having to rush to your class because the train won’t come at the right time. If you are a UNC Charlotte student, you can use your ID card and ride for free, but you’ll have to pay separately for the parking. I see so many students trying to get to their stations before 3pm but the train would always come at random times. Waiting outside in this hot weather with a bunch of other students is not a good experience. I honestly feel like they mess up the arrival and departure times just so that students would have to pay $10 a day for their parking. Oh and you can’t pay with cash, they’ll give you a ticket instead. Good luck.
