Be prepared to wait long periods. Under staffed, long lines, auto payment machines turned off to force customers to make payments up front.

I’ll give it a 5 star but this store needs a number so u can actually call before u waste ur time driving that far .. not knowing if they have what u need or can do what u need help with

They had a check in system set up at the entrance but didn't seem to be using it at all. There were at least 8 of us waiting to either pay a bill or ask a question about service. The kiosk they had set up to pay your bill was out of order. There were only 2 people working.

We have had spectrum a little over a year and we are pleased with it. Had very little problems with it. Seldom does it go out. We stream on 3 and 4 tv's and 3 phones with little to no interruptions.
Have not ever had a problem with them thay hav come out fixed things that was my problem and not charged a services so thay have all ways been Thair on time and Great company would recommend
