I have had my last haircut at the Morganton Store. I was a long time customer. But my visit yesterday 9/18 this is what happen. The stylist didn't clean her clippers or anything else from the last customer. Not even her comb. Not a healthy care for the customer.

This was the worse haircut I've ever had in my 30 years. This blonde haired older lady that doesn't have her own station and works part time did a trim on my hair and bangs. I asked for her to trim my length and after a few cuts she asked me to stand up to make sure it was straight and I've never experienced that! Then when she cut my bangs and asked me if I liked then they were uneven and unsymetrical. I asked for her to fix the obvious lack of symmetry. After cutting she asked me a second time and before I could even answer she starting cutting them again. I paid and left. With further inspection at home my length was far from even...I had to fix it myself! My bangs aren't right either. They dont frame my face the way they are suppose to. Very disappointing. I felt she rushed it, she carelessly dragged her scissors across my eyes and lashes. I would never let her touch another person's hair!
