Shared by: Ruth Norman I found the facility staff to be very accommodating. Very friendly. Very efficient. I came in needing 4-stiches on my finger which was cut & bleeding very bad. Because I was bleeding they brought me back immediately & treated me. This made me happy to see that they were keeping the waiting area sanitary for all patients. I will go back 👍

Extremely poor experience. The FNP had an extremely poor attitude and lacked any level of empathy. The wait time to see a staff member was over an hour. The FNP was very unprofessional and complained about her job before writing conflicting prescriptions that did not address the overarching concerns of the visit. I would highly encourage you to avoid this urgent care and seek treatment else where.

Do not recommend this place! Nurse Amanda Stallings administered a Covid test on my 3 yr old without my consent! I will be taking it as high up as I can! Medical field has NO RIGHTS to administer anything without permission as well as they aren’t entitled to go be sticking things up peoples nose and body without consulting first!!!

For number one the front desk girl was very rude , number two the "doctor" seemed like the type to just send you in and out , even told me to take DayQuil for breathing problems instead of testing me for anything ...i understand it was near closing and they were tired but at the end of the day we all have responsibilities
