I didn't even stay. Had to immediately request a refund. Pictures haven't been updated in God knows how long because none of them accurately represent this dump. My room key did not work so I was informed they would come and lock and unlock my room when I wished to leave. The entire place stinks and is very dirty.

I needed a place to stay overnight during the recent storm. I work in the area I needed to be back early the next day. I did not want to drive home during the storm. This was the only place close by. I will not go into detail because I think that everyone who wrote a negative review have a very true representation of this establishment. Do not stay in this hotel under any circumstances. I chose not to stay there for fear of my safety and because of how rundown and dirty places. I drove home during the storm. Please Google the deaths that have occurred in and around this establishment. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

Check your beds! I felt skeptical of the room when I saw how beat-up it looked- the leather backboard of my bed was ripped to shreds. I pulled back the top comforter to reveal a young, live, and full bed bug running around. I took off all of the sheets for further inspection, and found a live beetle that somehow got trapped under the top sheet toward the bottom of the bed. Mind you, this was after I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes to check-in because they were "cleaning". Check in time is no longer 2pm, but 3pm. Don't expect much of anything from this place. Best part about it is the shiny, new lobby floor, a massive juxtaposition from the caving-in ceiling above it.

This is my first review in google. I usually won't comment on things. I need to alert people NOT to book this hotel. I have came across so many accommodations and this one is the worst. Toilet overflowing, bed sheets have holes, bed bugs biting me all night even after changing room (even worse). My eye got swollen because I am allergic to insect bites. We were told we can get a refund because we complained hard and left earlier. The refund never came through. We called 4 times and they just either said please call again he/she was not responsible for that or never called back. Very bad management. Of course the pool is green and dirty you will never want to dip in.
