Great environment. Gym has enough equipment to accommodate everyone even during peak hours. There are also several classes throughout the day included in your membership

Amazing place! Staff are always cleaning and this place does not smell like most gyms. The only issue I have ever had was not the gym itself at all. It is the need for luggage racks around the gym! The patrons seem too always being hitting the gym right before a trip. I can only guess this because many of them are lugging around luggage during their workouts. If they aren’t going on a trip I would be very interested in knowing what they are lugging around while working out. Or I must be doing something wrong. 😂😂 Love this gym and you will also.

I love this gym! The staff are SO NICE and keep it very clean. It doesn't smell bad like a popular gym in the downtown area that I used to go to. Also, I feel like this is a place for people who are serious about their workouts versus being a pick up spot. I can stop by at anytime and know that the equipment I want to use will be available. And I can work out in peace!

Yes they have a complimentary pass on their website. You have to fill out a form for a one time pass.
They have 2, one near treadmills and a nice rogue one in the back room

Childcare is included in membership! The hours are Monday-Saturday 8:30am - 12:00pm and Monday-Friday 4:30pm - 9:00pm.

HI Sharreese! We currently do not have any Free Friend Days, but if they purchase a day or week pass and then join on a membership, we will credit that pass toward their first month's dues! And we have various options for membership-- our no contract is only $49/monthly! We hope to meet you soon!
