Worst customer service I've ever witness. The other lady that seems to be the manager ignores customer. Which then the other employees follow her example. We legit have to shout wave our hands in front of them to have them acknowledge us. It felt like demeaning they way they acted.

This is just so unfortunate and quite frankly ridiculous. I arrived at Sonic today at around 10:45am. I had ordered ahead on the app, so I parked in a stall and checked in. I didn’t receive my order until 11:10am. My sandwich was smashed, my drink had only a thin layer of ice on the top and was warm (I ordered extra ice), and my Medium Buffalo popcorn chicken arrived plain, in a small container, with no sauces. I also ordered fried pickles which tasted amazing, but were extremely soggy and barely warm at all. My daughter’s kids meal was crushed in the bag. I ended up going through the drive through since my husband had asked for tots while I was waiting. I sat in line with only two cars ahead of me for 25 minutes. The woman who took my order had a very hard time placing the order, even though it was only plain tater tots. I gave this “fast” food restaurant 2 stars solely based on taste and kindness of the employees. One employee in particular (Rashawn was the name on my receipt) was very kind and patient. I do not recommend this Sonic at all.

The dining room and drive ups were closed, presumably due to staffing issues. It also took a very long time in the drive through, and they forgot our sauces. However, the food was delicious as usual, so not all was lost.

You know I get working a long day and hard hours. I see you all close at 10 pm. I would never enter the drive threw at 9:59, but if I enter the drive threw at 9:30 pm and you tell me the ice cream machine is “down”. I’ll respect honesty, tell me you just got finished cleaning it. I pulled up to Dairy Queen that closes at the exact same time as you all and the ice cream machine worked just fine and they accepted my business. You all really disappointed me tonight. I can learn to let it go and get over it but a huge thank you goes to Dairy Queen and thier workers for staying open as advertised and honest.
