My wife’s primary care physician, also Atrium in Denver, NC, suggest going to an Urgent Care clinic since they were unable to see patients because of being booked up. Tried making an appointment with Atrium Urgent Care in Lincolnton but they did not have any appointments. The Denver Urgent Care did have an afternoon appointment. After waiting all day we made the drive to Denver in hopes of getting a prescription for her serious Covid cough. My wife waited 45 min past her scheduled time and finally bailed after realizing the place was a complete cluster. So thanks Atrium for wasting our valuable time and money for nothing! Atrium was once reliable for healthcare needs, unfortunately things have changed for the worse. Seek primary and urgent care elsewhere.

The worst Urgent care I’ve ever experienced. You might as well go to the ER for the extended wait.

Brought my daughter in to have an injury checked they are running an 8 hr wait the web page should state this when trying to check in online so you don't waste time showing up. So much for urgent care maybe the name should be eventual care

I went in with chest pains shortness of breath and dizziness and the doctor Stephanie did not even offer an EKG or anything she said well your lungs sound good. You have to go to the ER there nothing I can do for you here. To not offer an EKG to make sure I’m not having a heart attack or having an issue that may cause be to wreck trying to get to the ER is ridiculous. It was a closed book as soon as she walked in. This urgent care is as bad as Gaston memorial. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. If they say Stephanie is your doctor your better go some where else. Now I will have a big bill for someone telling to go somewhere else. Zero compassion! If I could no star I would. The lady at the front desk was an angel.
