The doctor was a bit disconnected from his patient. There was no real personable interaction. I understand that he had specific questions to ask, but it would be better if they would be a bit more personable.

After receiving three confirmations for an appointment on 8/5/2022 through text/email/FedEx the EmergencyMD when showing up for the appointment the facility was closed. No warning was given, my self and others traveled quite a distance for disappointment. Next time give your patients a courtesy call when tehy cannot be serviced.

I had the worst experience that I ever had at an urgent care. This facility is privately owned, and they only care about what your copay is, not your health. They told me I couldn’t be seen until the insurance verified my copay, and when the young lady verified it incorrectly I called the insurance company and she refused to speak to them. There are so many other urgent cares in the area, don’t use this one
