Contacted Family Medicine Associates regarding a regular patient being sick and has been sick since the past Sunday. The staff replied that the first appointment to see the patient was a week from today. This is unacceptable to me that a regular patient contacts the office due to an illness which has resulted in being dehydrated and no appointment is available for a week.
