This place will let you die, literally. They care nothing about their patient and their means of communication is horrible. My parent has been a patient here for years and since his PA left the service has went all the way down hill. Taken into consideration about staffing and Covid, but patient lives are at stake. I mean to communicate via a portal takes a second. Every year it takes me 3 to 4 months to get a form completed. Then the medication can't be refilled because there are no appointments available. How much sense does that make and I work in healthcare? The care of my patients matter. I am really trying to find another practice for my parent, who doesn't like change. I just really despise this practice.
