Kathleen Davis works as a gal and she's employed by the govt as an assistant in the juvenile court. She ruined my case and made off with my money. I also accidentally overpaid and she was silent on that matter. Other than that this is a 5* court house.

Hi. Just a local here to say you are legally obligated to let people park on city pay to park areas. Unless there's an event you shouldn't block off parking. Also, if you don't want people to park for free, change the sign to reflect that. 6am-9am means JUST that. Anytime after we are not obligated to have any concerns. Your upset is your own problem and your own fault. Fix it or deal with people parking there LEGALLY. 🙄
