Do not, under any circumstances, send your loved ones to this dirty, disgusting, mismanaged facility. It is a total nightmare. I mean this, please read what I have experienced. And be wary of the glowing reports you see. I have to believe that any 5 star reviews that were placed here from August and September of 2022 are from friends or associates of the new management. I have seen and experienced horrendous care and lack thereof, grievous disrespect of residents, poor medication management, infrequent bathing, nasty, rude aids, mistakes by admin getting required medical records to referred doctors, gross food, and on and on. Covid is all around and very poorly managed from what I can see. We were in our loved one's room for days, no masks required, then were told her roommate was being moved because she tested positive for Covid! If your loved one is unable to get out of bed on their own, picture them sitting in diapers filled with waste because you could ring the bell for assistance to the bathroom for hours and noone would come. They had one skilled nurse for over 20 beds on the day we arrived!!! The patient rooms are dirty, noone empties trashcans or cleans bathrooms, there is what appears to be bodily fluid splashed on the curtain separating beds. Noone except a few of the nurses cares. There is little to no empathy, compassion or even an ounce of respect for the suffering of the patients here. It's mind-boggling that a place this subpar can be entrusted to care for our dear elderly loved ones. Many are unable to advocate for themselves. Please listen to the honest, negative reviews. They are true and from the heart. Do not perpetuate substandard care like this.

The staff are friendly. All interactions I has with them were pleasant. They seem knowledgeable, caring and good at what they do. Best of all, I can tell the management cares. Makes a big difference.
