I just spoke to Mrs Jacob’s who was EXTREMELY RUDE. During the conversation, I asked her, her name and she then returned and asked me mine???? Mind you, she has my information on the screen as she’s talking to me. Very unprofessional!!

Not a great location, and parking is very limited. Otherwise, a great place to assist those in need of help. This district sees very high volumes of clients, so give yourself ample time when waiting for a service. There is now an app called My compass (to access renewals, upload verification, etc) to avoid having to run to the office. Also, the statewide customer service center is the best number to call. They will create a ticket that will alert your worker to call you back if you need more information.
