They don't deserve a one star these people are rude went to the district yesterday to ask why they are taking my daughters medical and front desk representative told me because I had it for three years that's why...... What kind of answer is that they are all rude they all should get fired and hire new staff what a disgrace to the people who really trying to work these people do more walking around and talking to there Co workers more than helping people they make people wait many hours just to help fill out there renewal packet and I don't understand why this is allowed to continue and nothing gets solved they obviously don't want there jobs and I'm definitely making a complaint this is NOT ACCEPTABLE
