Don’t think your water will work when you need it to. It won’t.

I wouldn’t give them any stars if I had the option! Outrageous bills for water that literally smells like rotten eggs! Literally every week my subdivision complains just to have the same reoccurring problem! Why is the sewage so high when it smells like they are running the sewage right back through the pipes! All the phone numbers have full mail boxes so you can’t reach or leave a message. When you do reach someone, they tell you to run the water til the smell is gone, do u think they compensate for that? NO! Move up the street and use City of Hinesville!

Dang I didn't realize the premium customer service can be this good not only that we can go through the drive through and order poor service then pay 200 bucks to turn your water on only never to hear from them again 10 outta 10 would call again

You'd need a tool to do that. You'd have to call the water department to close the valve.

The water is out. When will it be back on??? What is the issue? Why is there no after hour number?

Im not sure when it will return. Im not sure what the issue is but, it is effecting many areas. At one time we at the city would be on call for situations just like this, but we no longer do that. A company has been contracted out so now they deal with these things. The last i was told by a city council person was this company that has been contracted out was enroute to figure out the problem, and to fix it. I am sorry for the inconvience.
