I just got my oil changed today. It was quick & the staff was professional. I left and went thru the car wash around the corner. My car started to smoke horribly and I called them. I was afraid to drive ,so they sent Mitchell and he checked everything out. My car had stopped smoking by the time he got there. It was probably just a reaction from the car wash water hitting some fluids that may have dripped around the engine. This was top- notch customer service and I really appreciate the way they handled the situation. Thanks again! I highly recommend....

The staff at the store was pleasant and welcoming when I arrived. My car's oil was changed, and they inquired about the condition of the wipers. Since mine were too old, I decided to replace the wipers. Another worker spoke to me and cracked jokes about the army (because I was wearing the army's uniform) as the first person changed the wipers, which was nice. I made my payment and left. I decided to check the wipers when I arrived home, but they weren't the same. My old wiper, which is filthy, dusty, and incapable of wiping the window, was thus the one on the passenger side. When I returned to the shop and told them that I didn't believe he had changed two wipers, they apologized five times and admitted that they had forgotten to change the second one. The issue is that I witnessed their touching and deceptive attempts to transform both of them. Maybe I appear foolish, and since I'm a woman, you can trick me. But let's face it, I can tell the difference between brand-different wipers, especially if they are old and new. This service made me feel incredibly insulted. And I'm not coming back again. Sadly, I'm not sure if they used the proper oil in my Audi and not just the cheapest one. They may be deceiving me with the oil as well. P.s. A manager is a nice person who is willing to help and does a great job.
