Breakfast here is a must. I had the Chank and it was fantastic. Unless you get there early, expect a wait but, the food is well worth it.

Mama Inez passed in 2007, and Mama Louise is still living. She no longer owns the restaurant. She sold it a few years ago to Moonhanger Group...however nothing has changed. Still the same look and food as always! They are carrying on the tradition to a " T "!!
I'm not sure if they have Sunday hours but they could I know they close early on Saturday so actually they're open 9 to 3 Saturday and Sunday looks like they're closed on Monday reopen on Tuesday they will be serving food on July 4th but hours May Vary because there's been times they get these crowds and they just simply run out of food and they have to close up for a minute and regroup but they have some really good soul food
