Yes. You walk into the department of driver's services (which is a different building than this one) and you have to pass your written test and they'll help you schedule one. Its on airport road though. This one is only for plates, tags and rehistration.

You need to go to Court house in down town Hinesville to the register your car if you're not from here i dnt not know if there open. Thats where i got my tags for my car. Im military as well.

Fill out the info on the back of the title, have witnesses sign a bill of sale from you to her, have a notary stamp your bill of sale. Take everything to DMV with proof of insurance. Hope this helps. But, you may want to call them to verify.

Georgia has specific requirements when it comes to the windshield. These include that: Windshields cannot have any areas of cracks or damage in a starburst pattern that is larger than three inches by three inches. Windshields cannot have areas of cracks that create a spider web effect that is larger than three inches by three inches. Additionally, drivers are required to follow federal regulations, which are: Cracks and chips cannot be larger than ¾ of an inch in diameter. Cracks cannot have additional cracks that intersect them. Cracks and chips cannot be within the space between the top of the steering wheel and within two inches of the top of the windshield.
You renew it online. The Georgia website and it’ll come in the mail in less then a week. I’m also currently in WA from GA
