It's 1215 on a Sunday I've been in the parking lot since 12 with a few other patrons noone has showed up to open the place for business.. business hours are 12-4 on Sundays

I have not had Direct TV however, They were doing this with Spectrum internet. You took in any equipment you needed shipped back and they would box it and give you a receipt with a date. It was 100% free when I turned in my Spectrum equipment and they took care of everything.
