My go to for Pet needs. But I feel prices a little pricey. And finding the brands and flavors my animals like is not always possible. Lines are usually long. Cashier's mostly nice. Also don't think cashier's should have to greet everyone coming into the store. They should just be focused on the customer they are taking care of. Hire a greeter . Would like to see more coupons or sales on the things that I buy.

They did a wonderful job with my dog, very polite, place was clean. Would definitely recommend petsmart grooming .

I probably won't be taking my dog back here, and if I do it’s definitely not going to be with Samantha. Yes she was very nice but very nice doesn't make up for cutting my dog multiple times. She made me aware that the blade "irritated" my dogs skin and that my dog has very thin skin in certain areas but never said she cut her. I also informed her that I wanted the top longer (I have a yorkie) cause I like putting bows in her hair, when I picked up my dog it literally looked alfalfa with short pieces of hair and one skinny long piece of hair coming out of the bow. For $60 I could've done the same jagged haircut at home for free. On top of all that every time I make an appointment with a specific person I never end up with that person, whats the point of selecting a groomer if that's not going to be the person cutting my dogs hair?

The do not sell puppies. Once in a while, the will sponsor an adoption drive and animals will be brought in.
Petsmarts grommers are the cause of the death.... They have bs training on there website they train you for a week then put you to work.
