Excellent post purchase experience! When I was looking at purchasing a boat In February I went to Coty and one of the points which resonated to us was the fact that they told us “we are here for you; we won’t leave you hanging after the purchase. “ Well the test came this Friday, the start of Labor Day weekend and I had a low voltage issue. I called sat am and they said bring the boat in. When I got there the tech was standing at the dock and said you the one with the low voltage. I said how did you know, and he replied they told me you would be coming in. He ran some diagnostics and determined my alternator had failed. I got there at 12, I left at 1:45 with a new alternator and was anchored out enjoying the day at 2:30!!! Now that is service!!! Coty’s team confirmed I purchased my boat from the right dealer. One who doesn’t just talk but delivers. Thank you Joe, Trista and Brandon for delivering a great customer experience and saving my Labor Day weekend!!!

From the time we met the Coty team at the Edison boat show in February, it has been an absolute pleasure working with everyone we have encountered. Joe Merwin has been our go to since day 1 of purchasing our Blackfin and is incredible. He’s had patience with all of our questions, is on speed dial and is always quick to get back to us and help out. Mike Hoose somehow simplifies the arduous finance process and is an amazing person to work with. Since we’ve brought the boat in for its first service, we’ve started working with Trista and it is clear we (and our boat) are in very good hands with Trista in charge! I simply cannot say enough good things about our experience and the team at Coty, they are phenomenal people.
