I wish I could've given ZERO stars. I don't understand how a GOVERNMENT facility such as this is up and running. I've called.....and called......and called.....and yes....you guessed it....CALLED too many times just pay for a ticket over the phone. How do you advertise that your hours are M-Th, 10am to 4pm but no one is answering? This is a real inconvenience. How about get an updated online system to pay for tickets? I'm just saying.....

It's time for a change, we need someone that can be at work and answer the phone and help with question and needed paper work to have your home or additions in a timely manner. The office is a mess and has no organization.

Don’t accept online payments for tickets and never answer the phone. I literally called like 5 times in a row and let it ring 20 times each on a Wednesday at 10am. No answering service either. Finally got through to someone an hour later. This court never input a speeding ticket that was paid on time resulting in a family members suspension of their license. So check behind them!!!! I understand mistakes happen but people can go to jail not knowing that their license is suspended because of a clerical error and driving around. I repeat: check behind them and make sure your payment is input.
