How do you call yourself a cab company if you don't offer cab service. Someone should sue them for false advertisement. Also whoever answered the phone was very rude.

They keep your money even if you purchase the Mandatory Cancellation Insurance and cancel weeks/months in advance! I booked my service on August 23 for car service on October 22. I called to cancel on September 16 -- over 5 weeks before the date of service. The representative (Constantine) told me the company would keep the charge ($167.44) for the Mandatory Cancellation Insurance and for tax (this amount was not disclosed or listed anywhere on my receipt but apparently it was $91.17). So, I am out over $250.00 for a service that I never used and cancelled with over 5 weeks notice. I'm sure that the company does not purchase Cancellation Insurance through a 3rd party, so it wouldn't be out any money by refunding that. And, they kept the tax charged for a service that wasn't rendered. I have to call SC's Department of Consumer Affairs.
