Went there a few minutes ago 4/2)22, and stood waiting on service. One cashier lady in a white shirt was taking and checking monies under the counter where there were two Cash register machines. I said, excuse me please, "is this where I stand to place my orders? She replied yes so I stood waiting, watching the other lady cashier at the drive through window do her thing. A little while after the drive through cashier said to me, one minute I will take your order. I said thank. The drive through cashier then said to me from the drive through window may I take your order. I said excuse me, I didn't believe she was actually asking me to shout my order from across the other side of the counter. I said to her I was not shouting my order across to her and it is not good customer service and at least she could have come to me to take my order. Mind you, I saw three workers in there plus they weren't busy. I repeated to her that's not good service she stood by the window. Moreover, a customer sitting nearby at a table said that they didn't have customer service here. I must state the place is clean but my customer service experience was not pleasant, no customer interaction. I left and went to the Dunkin on 1801W Oakland Park Blvd. A more pleasant atmosphere and an excellent customer service experience. My thing is this, if I have to spend my money at your facility please give me good customer service. Thank you!

Busy place at 10am... Just got coffee, good as usual... Clean, plenty of employees to handle flow... Our counter person was courteous and helpful... All decked out for the holidays... Want a job, now hiring, see poster...

This is my Go To place for breakfast every other day. My breakfast of choice is the 2 for $5 bacon, egg, cheese, and croissant and a medium sweet tea. The cashier knows my order and have my food just right. The male drive through announcer always tries to up Sale every order with a side of hash browns. I never get the hash browns but I understand that's his job and he's good at it. Keep up the good work Dunkin. Please keep that promotion going.
