Positive: On highway Negative: We understand short staffing but no breakfast available at 8am. Breakfast person was cleaning rooms as two were smoking outside. Need a leader. We understand short staffing but poor image. Back door propped open with cigarette but can.

When I bring my kids to the water park in cape we always stay in Sikeston at this hotel cause we love it. Great staff,breakfast,and rooms. We were locked out of our rooms two nights straight and had to wait on maintenance man but I looked over it cause things happen. But I checked out at 11 this morning and we head back to Mississippi so we stopped halfway to gas up and my card declined. And I looked they have charged my card 190 dollars so I called and they said in the comments said my room smelled like smoke. I don’t even smoke and all my kids have Asthma. My wife don’t smoke either so this is the only complaint I ever had but I need my money luckily I had some cash on me or we would have been stranded. But if they refund me I will remove this comment and put a better one on here.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The shower head is wonderful - it doesn't trickle out, has good pressure. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

I would rate this a 0 if possible. We always stay at comfort hotels and have never had issues. The front desk staff was great but that is where it stopped. When we checked in they tried to charge us more than the tools me when I called and booked our stay. The first room we were given was FILTHY (the toilet was awful, the microwave had stuff that has spilt and dried) and the TV didn't work. So they have us a different room. That room smelled of cigarette smoke (I have asthma and am allergic to cigarette smoke). I immediately went down to front desk for another room. This time the staff member went up with me to make sure things were okay. I had him go in the room with smoke and he said it was bad, and he smokes. The third room was less than clean but we stayed. It took the guy 3x to get our key cards to work but he was kind and patient. We were there 3 days and cleaning staff never came in our room. By the end of the stay we were low on soap and TP. We have tried to talk to a manager for 5 days and they won't return our calls.
