Nice place, nice breakfast staff (so fast working!), nice cleaning staff (so polite!) and nice evening check in (young blond girl with glasses was so nice, even though I was SO tired!). However, the bathroom was lacking in shampoo and bodywash cleaner (and only 1 roll of toilet paper, half empty when we got in). The front desk (young guy/ kind of tall) was nice enough to give us more items for our showers, but the lotion bottle and small hand soaps (by the sinks) seemed abnormally small (about the size of a large marble?). I think that is a chain/brand decision since we have seen that size at multiple locations. The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT though, as it had bagels, fruit, cereal, milk, yogurt, etc..etc. The breakfast worker lady was SO nice, super fast and so positive! The cleanliness of the linens, bed, pillows and overall sleeping experience was very good!! It was kind of annoying that the bathroom items were in low quantity and/or not refilled (or too small of a size). However, that might be a corporate thing, not applied to this specific location.

AC never works properly. Same breakfast everyday. Threw away some of my personal belongings. Parking is atrocious. Micro refrigerators in most rooms. TV is severely unreliable. Stains on carpet. Sink or toilet plumbing is always an issue. Granted not many places to stay around here. I'd advise a close look at options.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice. However, we were given a rollout bed that had some stains on the mattress, and the shelf in the shower was about to fall off. They had full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body was in the shower, though, so that is a definite plus!

This location is the most upscale Holiday Inn express that I have stayed in this far. I travel often I stay in IHG hotels much more than I stay in my own home , and this one was superb. The staff was kind, the hotel is clean, the rooms are upgraded it’s very beautiful hotel. It is a smidge pricier than some others that I have stayed in for Holiday Inn express, completely worth it!!
