Staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered evening snacks and drinks in the lobby. Room was clean. As a non coffee drinker, I appreciated the pop machine for my morning caffeine!! Nice variety of options at breakfast.

Had an issue with the website selling us an empty room that did not exist. The front desk was able to sort us out. I'm not a fan of hotels with windows that do not open, because it seems you can always smell that someone smoked it and they are trying to cover it with febreze. It wasn't bad here, but still, the windows don't open so no fresh air. A very good free breakfast with lots of options.

It's our favorite place to stay when we travel from Arkansas to Chicago. We've been stopping there for years. The staff is professional and courteous. The breakfast is very good, something for everyone! And the breakfast staff is super friendly. They even have afternoon snacks of freshly popped popcorn, Chips and salsa, etc.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their happy hour only has Bud Light and a couple different wines. Not saying they need top shelf spirits, but not everyone likes beer & wine. Their breakfast is scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, plus the regular things offered by most other hotels. I stayed 2 weeks for work, and will stay again when we return to that area.
