I have been picking Great Clips for my Go To for hair cuts and style. When I get the Wild Hair for a sudden hair cut, I can get right in and out, without an appointment. Also, more affordable. I do appreciate Great Clips.

Entered in building, Was first rudly asked, where is your mask,. I spent 5 min looking for my mask in the Jeep. I could not find it. I ask if they had a masked I could use, the girl blankly stated, no. And you need to leave. Totally unprofessional, and here mask was so loose fitted it wouldn't have made any difference if anyone wore a mask.

Took my 5 year old daughter here to get a hair cut for school. The first lady that tryed to cut her hair was very rough and rude. Made my daughter cry. I stopped the hair cut and had the other lady finish it. I liked her so much more she was very nice and calmed my daughter. Carry is what she said her name was she is amazing. The other lady working there today with the dark hair should not be working there.

Live the ability to walk in for appointment. Very short wait, 2 stylists working. Very good experience, clean, employees friendly, following COVID guidelines. We will return for out haircuts in the future. Keep up the good work!
