The cashier never got off her phone during our entire interaction while I was checking out. The employees were about as useless as welfare collectors. They should automate the cashier and hire one person to stock the shelves and the place would run itself better than those people are running it now.

Dollar general is always fast to check out. The people there are really respectful and sweet and they have every thing you can think of in there . Very fair on prices .

This is in a small town with only a Walmart and an Aldi to shop at, that I've found so far. I don't patronize walmart and Aldi has pretty limited selections so I was super stoked to find Dollar General for the things I couldn't find at Aldi.

When I was there I was in line waiting to be checked out and the cashier had a lady ahead of me .. the lady got dizzy and almost fainted if it wasnt for the cashier realizing she needed help she would of hit the floor .. the cashier yelled shes going down and call 911.. she had such good compassion for this lady in need.. she impressed me with her knowledge of medical and caring nature (I'm medical as well and was helping) .. luckily the lady made it home safe and was ok to leave
