Pulled into the right lane drive through and got no service. Ended up parking and ordering inside. Told the manager about the experience who didn’t have the courtesy to apologize but did chastise the employee who was not covering her responsibility of doing her job, Very Sad and not worth the cost.

September 29th 2022 10:08 am.. pulled up to drive through order 2 # 7 and 2 extra large sweet tea person taking my order yells out OH GOSH! i paused and asked if that Oh GOSH was for me she says rudely you were the one that ordered teas wernt you!.. this type of first contact attitude in the mornings can f@#k of a person whole day.. i promise you it wont happen again, because WE WILL NOT BE BACK For a business that is supposed to be the leader in the fast food indurstry this is a sad day for the industry. Wish i could give 0 stars & 5 thumbs down👎👎👎👎👎

I saw them using a mop bucket to make tea The food was cold the same rag to clean the bathroom as the counter tops and the drink station filthy Smells like a dirty mop inside there all the time I would recommend not eating here they should have the releases revoked
