The food was delicious but the service was horrible. I had to ask for a refill and they only filled my drink. They didn't ask the other person at the table if they needed a refill. No one came to the table to check if we were ok or needed anything. When they were asked to come over there the wait staff was not friendly and seemed to have an attitude. Tim the owner was absolutely AMAZING!!!! ❤️

My first time experience was everything I expected and more! The staff was beyond friendly and made you feel so welcomed! The food was like someone’s grandma Beulah was in the kitchen! This will become a regular spot of mine. Thank you so much everyone at Alleana’s for the great experience!!!!

Very slow, rude customer service, seems extremely overpriced for what you get (2 adults and a child almost $80), our food was lukewarm and very salty and/or sweet! Management and staff did not take it well when we needed to send a dish back that was incorrect.

I can actually do this review right here before I leave, BECAUSE I'M TO FULL TO LEAVE... and we actually just put in a to-go for later. I don't ever want to eat anywhere else in Columbia. I don't who is in the kitchen, but Imani and Janiya made the experience great from the time we walked in the door, and I'm sure they'll share that same energy, whenever we waddle out of here. AWESOME ON EVERY LEVEL❣️
