I moved into canyon Creek in April of 2021. I love living here! The apartment is spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I haven't had any major issues, but the few times I have called maintenance, they've been here in a very timely fashion. And those guys are all very friendly as well. I thought the rent increase when my lease expired was a little steep, but I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income. I moved here from Chicago and never had a rent increase more than $15 to $20 a month. But when you look at other complexes the apartments are not nearly as spacious and the grounds are not as nice. I hope to live here for a long time!

The maintenance team is always great. We usually have Dustin working in our apartment. He is always super nice and does fantastic work.

Adnan was so helpful when moving in he made everything very easy he answered all our questions and concerns we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to do this process with he’s checked in on us even after moving in to make sure everything was how we wanted.

Staff is very friendly & professional. Anytime I’ve had an issue with the apartment (if something broke or needed to be fixed for example but doesn’t happen often) they were very quick to respond. Maintenance would either be out same day or the next day. They always do a follow up call to make sure everything is working properly. This is the first apartment I’ve lived in & they have set the bar very high for the next.
